Mo Pho! (yes I know its actually pronounced 'fuh' and not 'fo')
Help us out people, we LOVE Pho, BUT, and thats a big but, I don't think we have had the best Pho in New York, yes we have our regular neighborhood spot, and I do feel they do a good job, but we must know where the best is outside of Vietnam. Please help!

I'd recommend Pho Vietnam on Ave U. I may not have any other place to compare it to.... but it was tasty & cheap!
